A round, then a new world
Seasons and Baksy
Krasnograd is played in rounds. Everyone starts a round with nothing, and when it ends the world starts over.
Ten ranks
Every crime and every stolen car earns experience. Climb the ten ranks of the street, from the bottom to the top. The names are the Russian underworld's own; beside each, roughly what it would be called in an English-speaking mob:
- Gopnik street punk
- Shestyorka errand boy
- Bratok associate
- Boyevik soldier
- Brigadir capo
- Avtoritet big shot
- Smotryashchiy overseer
- Vor master thief
- Vor v Zakone thief-in-law
- Pakhan godfather
A higher rank opens bigger jobs, up to the vodka truck.
The boards
The boards show who leads the round: in experience, in smuggling profit, in cars stolen and in comrades broken out of the cell. Equal scores go to whoever got there first.
The Hall of fame
When a round ends, its best enter the Hall of fame, round by round and board by board, for as long as the game runs.
What goes, what stays
At the end of a round the cash, the goods, the cars, the flats, the families and the ranks go. Your name, your portrait and your Baksy stay.
Baksy
Baksy are the game's lasting reward. You earn them with the rank you reach and your places on the boards. They cannot be bought. The Party checks a round's results before it pays them out. The game keeps your Baksy for you, on the Internet Computer's ledger.
The length of a round and every reward are on the rules page, read straight from the game.
